A good design starts with good information
Once the five concepts from the Sustainability and Design Basics portion of the site are understood, the process of collecting information for a base plan can begin.
Completing a base plan takes only a few steps of information gathering. That information will then be used to create drawings that will help with both planning and installation.
It is important that data is correct and to scale. The base plan will catalog all the property’s features and record the details gathered.
Accuracy here will prevent problems in the future.
